rent guarantee we can guarantee your monthly rental income if a
tenant refuses to pay and will not leave the property. All our
policies last for a whole year and are property specific not tenant
specific. Our Fortis Insurance Policies cover unpaid rent when
a tenant refuses to pay and/or vacate the property, and rental

Our AmTrust Europe Insurance Policies cover the property if it becomes inhabitable
